Extended hiatus

Dear lovers and friends,

Earlier this year I acquired a day job that leaves little time for extracurricular activities, and took a three month hiatus from escorting to adjust to the work. I spent Autumn focusing on my new mahi without the pleasant distraction of paid trysts, with the intent to return in winter.

However, during that break I discovered a truth any former gig-worker already knows: Life is easier when you’re not juggling multiple jobs! I love sex work, but the reality is that it’s still a self-employed job, with all the administrative effort and mental space that requires. Contractors reading this will know exactly what I’m talking about. Now that I have a day job taking over my work brain, running a side-business is an exhausting amount of admin, and will preclude me from working on some exciting creative projects.

I want to succeed at my day job, and I like having enough time outside of it to enjoy my life. So where does that leave Rhia?

I adore this work, and I suspect that I’ll be drawn back to it eventually — whether that’s in a few months, or a few years. But for now, I am taking an extended hiatus and not accepting any bookings. I don’t know if or when I’ll return, or what that will look like, but I do know I always miss touring the most when I’m taking a break. Ultimately, whatever happens, I’ll be sure to post about and new availability!


If/when I do return, I will put up a new blog post, update my Schedule page and post on social media. Those who are on my Tour Notify lists will also be contacted for tours. To join these lists, text or email me. I will also be setting up discreetly worded auto-replies for my texts, Whatsapp and emails — so if you’re unsure whether I’m working, just reach out and ask.

For those who would like send a token of appreciation or encourage to my eventual return while I’m hard at work being a “civvie”, you can bank transfer or buy me a gift on Throne, adding your name and city/town in the attached note. All contributions will go towards costs for an undecided future tour, and be used to determine the location.

I will miss my regular clients very much. Feel free to pop me a line from time to time, and I’ll reply when I get nostalgic and check my work phone 😉
